01 / The company

Error diagnostics for exam preparation.

Edtrainit Ltd builds platforms that identify why a candidate chose the wrong answer — and answer it with targeted correction. One product family. Three examinations, built in sequence.

Know why you got it wrong.

02 / Approach

Most platforms explain the correct answer. We explain the wrong one.

The gap

Generic explanations assume every candidate got a question wrong for the same reason. Most platforms reinforce that assumption.

The principle

A wrong answer is a signal. The reasoning behind it matters more than the marking scheme.

The work

Every wrong option in every question is reviewed, understood, and met with feedback designed for the specific reasoning behind it.

03 / Why a wrong answer costs more than a missed one

In high-stakes entrance exams, the wrong answer is penalised twice.

Most entrance exams to medical school and competitive university courses apply negative marking. A wrong answer doesn't simply forfeit the mark — it deducts from the total.

IMAT (Italy)

+1.5 / −0.4 / 0. Approximately 60 questions across biology, chemistry, physics, maths, logical reasoning. Italian Ministry of University and Research.

UCAT (UK)

No negative marking, but tight per-section timing creates the same reasoning pressure — speed becomes the penalty.

NEET (India)

+4 / −1 / 0. Across 180 questions, repeated reasoning errors compound into a significant rank-altering deficit.

The implication is the same across every exam: a wrong answer is not a neutral event. Each reasoning error costs the mark on offer plus the penalty on top — and over a paper, the compounding effect can decide an entire admissions outcome.

edtrainit's products address the reasoning behind those wrong answers, not the surface mistake.

A private dashboard mapping which mistakes are closed and which are still in flight, across every topic in the IMAT syllabus. Shown to students. Shareable with parents on request.

Dashboard preview is illustrative. Real syllabus map populates from the candidate's first session.

The cost of a wrong answer is not the mark. It is repeating it.

07 / What changes in ten weeks

Four shifts you should notice.

01

Direction

You stop guessing what to revise next. The dashboard tells you, in order of impact.

02

Efficiency

You spend less time on questions you already get right.

03

Pattern recognition

You recognise the same mistake pattern across different topics.

04

Confidence

You walk into the exam knowing what you've closed off — not hoping.

08 / For parents

What you get to see.

The dashboard

The same dashboard your son or daughter sees. Shareable when they choose.

Progress, not scores

A clear view of which mistakes have been resolved and which are still being worked on — not just a percentage.
